Our family has used Dr. Ruff for more than 20 years. We are all leaving the practice, as we believe that his new optometrist, the office manager and a few other employess act in a shady and unprofessional manner. We found another practice where we do not have to be subject to that.

Dr. Raether is in our opinion, a very bad choice. The woman who sells you the glasses acts like she hates being there. The manager Margaret is hooefully, forgettable. We found a much better practice.
