Fantastic service. Had an emergency leak with our sump pump pipe (due to crappy quality from an improper install by Precision) and Cupco came out within an hour and repaired it. We have found our plumber! Thank you! ?
I asked Chad for an estimate on a water line for my mom’s home for a new refrigerator getting delivered. He said they were right down the street and would stop by after they complete their current job. They were there within the hour, gave my mom a very reasonable price for the job and even completed it on the spot! Plumber, Matt, called me to fill me in on the details and was extremely professional. They even helped my mom remove all the pots and pans to empty the cabinets where the work was to be completed. Great first experience with this company. I prefer to hire smaller local companies. I learned that the plumber I used to use had been purchased by a larger corporation. So I got a recommendation for Cupco. They were able to respond to a sewage blockage issue in my home the same day I called. Plumber and assistant arrived on time, assessed the problem, gave me multiple options for service. They did the work efficiently, zero mess. Then the supervisor, I believe owner, arrived just to make sure the job was going well. So basically I had three plumbers addressing my issue.
