About The Glen Club
The Glen Club is a beautiful venue known for its stunning views of the golf course and excellent atmosphere, featuring fire pits overlooking the 18th green. The Grill offers delicious meals for breakfast, brunch, and dinner, although some guests noted inconsistencies in service, such as slow water refills and plates being cleared too quickly during events. The accommodations are spacious, clean, and private, providing a cozy retreat, though some amenities like TV connectivity may have issues. The club also hosts events in its banquet room, which offers a limited atmosphere but serves good food, including homemade potato chips and a perfect Chicago style hot dog. Overall, The Glen Club is recommended for its great food, wonderful scenery, and friendly staff.
Menu selections are great, a lot of variety. Space is open but not too loud. Service is very good, even when the restaurant is packed. Apologies always come if there is a delay. No one is rushing you out the door! Outside is the best, it's just the weather that doesn't always cooperate!
We sat outside. It was a beautiful night. Servers were very attentive. Our friend had a birthday and they served her a piece of cake with ice cream and we're very thoughtful about bringing extra spoons.
The Glen Club patio is the perfect place when the weather is good. The staff is always cordial and the food is great. And we go even in the dead of a Glenview winter. It is one of our favorite places.
