The person who took care of me tried to be friendly but I was in a hurry to get on the road for my 3 hour drive home and she kept talking about nothing important. I wish she would have just done her job and not talked so much about nothing that pertained to me.

I love this place. My nurse Tracy is wonderful. I never feel the needle go in. There are snacks, TV and comfy chairs. I highly recommend this place

Nice and clean facility. Friendly and welcoming front desk staff and Nursing staff. Everyone treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel comfortable considering the nerves with starting this process.

The staff here are amazing, they are all so kind I can't believe it and I've been going here for about 2 years now. Christine, the front desk manager and handles operations as well as a lot of other things, is such a positive person... I enjoy seeing her each time I come in. They have snacks, gatorades, water, tea, coffee, whatever you need, and more. They have TV's, couches, comfy chairs, and again, the registered nurses there, or nurses in general, are absolutely amazing - need to touch on that again. I actually got there early one time and met an outside sales agent who helps set up these centers and I mentioned the expense to have such a nice place. As a salesperson, I know cost is important, but IVX's facilities are next, next level. I feel like I'm chilling on my couch, and the facilities are top of the line. No wait. Reminders on appointments and more. Anyways, the IVX Sales Rep sells on value, and that's what this place has, value - in the form of comfort, accuracy, efficiency, effectiveness, and all the things you'd hope for and more in a health center. I'm very impressed and I admire that he could work for someone and sell cheap, crappy facilities, but they know their worth and it's there. Maybe I'll apply haha.

I love IVX. The facility is clean and quiet with snacks and drinks. The recliners are very comfortable and the temperature is comfortable too. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They are good at their job. It’s a nice break in the day even though I’m getting injections.

I was extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at IVX. I get infusions every 12 weeks on the dot. Without my infusions I am bed ridden in pain. When I was first scheduling they told me I could only do ever 3 months. Which turned out to be over 12 weeks. I explained I couldn’t do that. They said they would need a note from my doctor. My doctor called them and then IVx called me back telling me they got the approval for 12 weeks. When I showed up at my appointment they took me back like nothing was wrong. Just to tell me that they can not do my infusion for another week and a half and they got no approval or notice from my doctor about the 12 weeks. Despite me having a voicemail proving to them that they approved it. I was there for three hours on the phone with everyone from my doctor, my insurance company, and the director of IVX where they told me they absolutely could not give me my necessary medication that day and there was “no way they could have known” that I need it 12 weeks on the dot. This was extremely traumatic to me as this medication is the only thing that can keep me at a functional pain level. Once I finally was able to get my infusion they scheduled for my next one in 12 weeks and promised it would not happen again. However, I just got a call saying they have to push my appointment back for the same reason as last time and that there was no notes on my chart about any previous issues. This experience was horrible and I would not wish it on to anyone. The comfortable chairs and private rooms do not make up for their lack of attention and care.

As usual, staff friendly, courteous and professional. I am very happy with my treatments here at IVX Health. My procedure takes some time but I am always comfortable and confident I am receiving excellent care. Thanks! JR. (This was my last post 6 months ago but ain’t nothing changed about the great care Tiffany and all staff gave me for my latest infusion on June 18, ‘24.) Thanks again!
