Nice and clean facility. Friendly and welcoming front desk staff and Nursing staff. Everyone treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel comfortable considering the nerves with starting this process.
The staff here are amazing, they are all so kind I can't believe it and I've been going here for about 2 years now. Christine, the front desk manager and handles operations as well as a lot of other things, is such a positive person... I enjoy seeing her each time I come in. They have snacks, gatorades, water, tea, coffee, whatever you need, and more. They have TV's, couches, comfy chairs, and again, the registered nurses there, or nurses in general, are absolutely amazing - need to touch on that again. I love IVX. The facility is clean and quiet with snacks and drinks. The recliners are very comfortable and the temperature is comfortable too. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They are good at their job. It’s a nice break in the day even though I’m getting injections.
