There are a lot of negative reviews posted here. This morning, February 8th, I had an appointment on the fourth floor. After I entered the fourth floor I was called up to the check-in desk right away. The lady that helped me was Lisa. She was polite, helpful and took care of me in a short time. The MD and nurse were also great. No complaints.

The front desk staff here is horrendous. The woman in booth 6 (labs) and another woman in booth 2 were so openly rude. I couldn’t believe it. do you guys seriously treat people this way? Unprompted? Why so much attitude and disdain? Do you hate your job? They’re all super snappy and just seem annoyed with your presence. The older woman with the glasses and the sore on her lip in booth 1 (over in diagnostic imaging) was even worse. I’ve never had this many consecutive poor customer service experiences at one time. I Like service of Northwestern Medicine at Glenview Location..Specially at Radiology Department .. they doing Great Job.. specially Front Desk Employee her Name Mrs. Joyce .. she’s very Knowledgeable and very Good Communicator (very polite)and always smiling to her Customers.. she Answered all my Questions, scheduled me for appointments and downloading my x-ray’s CDs and other types of CDs from different locations so my Doctors can See it …… thank you Radiology Department and thank you Mrs.Joyce (Front Desk Employee at Radiology department)for Great Service giving to our Community in Glenview and Surrounding Cities… and thanks to the Northwestern Medicine Leadership...read full review
