IBJI Physical & Occupational Therapy - Glenview

After an accident with my shoulder, I was promptly received at IBJI emergency care center, offered an ice pack and only waited 8 minutes for Xrays. Then, led to doctor's office where nurse asked questions, and the doctor arrived within 10 mins. I was evaluated, shown Xrays and given instructions on how to care for broken shoulder. I received a sling, prescription, and a time frame for healing process. This was all efficiently done with care within 45 minutes. IBJI is the best facility to receive quality care on the North Shore.

I was referred to this company. by a specialist and it's been great. I was offered PT options of in-person, virtual, or hybrid. Being able to have options that worked for me was fantastic. They also have a really cool PT app that helps me on the days I'm not having one on one sessions with at physical therapist. I highly recommend based on my experience (3 weeks in) so far.

Appointment with Sharon Ishak who taught me the details of a few exercises and sent me home with instructions and photos of exercises I should do daily at home. She answered my questions and was very friendly.
