I cannot speak highly enough of Hogan Investigative Services. We just recently began reaching out to them on our backlog of cases where service is a paralegal's nightmare. Again and again, they've been able to achieve service where multiple other process servers we've reached out to have failed--and they've done it while charging rates that are very, very reasonable--better than almost all other servers we've worked with.
