Great Clips offers good to excellent haircuts with friendly staff. The online check-in makes the wait very short. The store is kept very clean and customers do not feel rushed, with stylists being attentive and asking for feedback. Pricing is reasonable, recently between $20-$26 for a men’s haircut. While most experiences are positive, service can vary as some newer stylists may seem less certain, extending the cut time. Record keeping is sometimes less than ideal, but the overall service is skillful and patient, making it one of the better locations.
I always get excellent haircuts there. This time I had a new barber who seemed less certain about what she was doing. And the haircut took her longer than usual — the other barber finished one patron's haircut and was halfway through another in the time it took my barber to cut my hair. The haircut itself was fine. It was a little uncomfortable watching her struggle through the process. That said, I'll be back.
