I definitely have had my share of good experiences with NorthShore Health System at the Glenbrook location. I have a wonderful. thorough physician, they were very efficient with mammography and bone density screening, and I have an outstanding off-site physical therapist. I'm disappointed with the patient follow-up protocols in the neurosurgery department. My hard-to-get appointment had been booked for months. It was abruptly cancelled this morning. They claimed they tried to reach me. I had no messages either through the portal or my home telephone line. Maybe try a little harder? I also was stunned at how unapologetic the receptionist was. Look, I realize it's a long holiday weekend, but our time matters, too. You came up short here. Do better.

Excellent care. From dr Phelps (eye MD) The staff was quick to understand the nature of my call, worked me in their busy schedule. Dr Phelps explained the pros and con and possibilities. Highly recommend this practice

Since my primary care physician became affiliated with Northshore earlier this year, I have been very pleased with the overall quality of service and the excellent selection of qualified physicians and specialists affiliated with the group. The hospitals and offices in the group are conveniently located for me, and their computerized system makes appointment scheduling, bill paying, and access to test results very simple and convenient. It's great that my medical records are accessible by the various specialists affiliated with this group, it saves a lot of time and is very efficient. I get an email when my test results are available and the results are explained clearly and easily understood. I'm very happy that my doctor joined the group, and have total confidence in the specialists and services provided by the group.
