I get nervous every time I get my teeth cleaned, and when I get nervous I feel like coughing. I really like Katie, and I'm always so happy to see her when I get my teeth cleaned. She helps me relax. She's a very responsible and dedicated worker, and I really like her. Katie always smiles, speaks very gently, and is very respectful to her guests, which makes me feel very relaxed.
I needed some non-trivial bridge work done, and while it's too early to judge long-term durability, my first impression was excellent. Dr. Eric Lim was very methodical—his movements were fast but never rushed, showing both confidence and precision. The procedure felt well-orchestrated, and I appreciated the calm professionalism throughout.
I also want to highlight the support staff, who did a great job coordinating everything smoothly.
I was the type that hated going to the dentist. These folks have changed that and I now get excited to go! They take extra care to make sure you're always comfortable, explain everything they're going to do before they do it, and disclose all costs before anything is done. Beyond that, they're friendly, competent, and understanding. I strongly recommend Dr. Lim and the rest of the group!
