This rating is an average of my experiences here over time. I have gone here on and off for a few years. I would say my rating historically would have been a 4 based on pleasant staff, clean facilities, and good mani pedis. They have always tried to shave my feet and up until this week I said no. This week they convinced me to give it a try. Big mistake. They take a metal cheese grater to your heels and really go to town. 6 days later my feet still hurt. I am putting lotion on multiple times a day and wearing cushy socks. My nails look good, but feet are in pain so I'll give them a 2 for this experience. Have always had a good experience here, it is a standard mani pedi service unless you upgrade, and the prices are on par with other similar places. It is clean and tidy, and the techs are pleasant and don't try to make too much small talk while you are having your service. This place is not as "fancy" as other newer places in the area (rock star, Venezia spa) but my polish has lasted longer from here compared with the bigger nail places.

I love going to this place. People are friendly and easy to talk to. The atmosphere is nice, clean, and pleasant. I could just relax and sometimes enjoy conversation with the technicians. Their job is great and I am really satisfied.
