I went there for the first time to receive a pedicure. I asked if they offer a spa pedicure since, I haven’t received a pedicure in awhile and the woman says they do and it’s $15 more then the regular pedicure. I decided to get a spa pedicure because I thought they would be more through with my nails, especially since I told her I believe I might have ingrown and I was hoping to receive long massage, I was just paying for the different product. Of course, she up sell me by telling I should get dazzle dry that my nails will be dry in 5 minutes. As soon as I put my shoes on, the woman wanted my payment, so I paid. This rating is an average of my experiences here over time. I have gone here on and off for a few years. I would say my rating historically would have been a 4 based on pleasant staff, clean facilities, and good mani pedis. They have always tried to shave my feet and up until this week I said no. This week they convinced me to give it a try. Big mistake. They take a metal cheese grater to your heels and really go to town. 6 days later my feet still hurt. I am putting lotion on multiple times a day and wearing cushy socks. My nails look good, but feet are in pain so I'll give them a 2 for this experience. If you go here, definitely say no to attacking your feet with metal kitchen utensils!

Have always had a good experience here, it is a standard mani pedi service unless you upgrade, and the prices are on par with other similar places. It is clean and tidy, and the techs are pleasant and don't try to make too much small talk while you are having your service. This place is not as "fancy" as other newer places in the area (rock star, Venezia spa) but my polish has lasted longer from here compared with the bigger nail places.
