Always professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Competent hygienists. Lots of long-term patients. I met several when Colonial was thoughtful enough to host a retirement open house for one of their team members. It was well attended and I felt like part of the family.
Wow— it a Rare occasion when I can walk out of a dental office feeling 100%— 100%— NOT judged by staff and dentist ( when I Should be judged!) ; with anything more than ‘I-barely-survived-that-and- I-can-go-home-to-Squishmellow -for-comfort Now’ feeling. Yes, I realize that dental and medical offices need to be Polite and Welcoming to their clients; have needed accreditation and qualifications; clean environment and adhere to rigorous safety standards. But I could Not in ‘any universe’ have expected Genuine care and concern that was Far above -and -beyond any ‘standard professionalism’/ given office politeness— from All the staff, Dr. Quezada, Cindy,... read full review
Colonial Dental has been taking great care of me for 30 years! To Lisa and Courtney in the front office, to Cindy who has done many cleanings to Dr. Quezada who has taken care of my teeth, I want to say, "Thanks for everything!" And thanks to all the others who have taken care of me over the years!I highly recommend them.
