    Best optical everrr! I walked in the office yesterday, just to browse around and I started to complain to the girl that was there, I think her name is Daray, about my glasses that I got from Warby Parker, she asked me to let her adjust the frames with a big welcoming smile. She ended up adjusting 7 pairs of glasses for me that I didn’t even buy from them!!!! Who does that?? Best customer experience I’ve ever had. Definitely coming back next year with my insurance. Customer gained!. We need more places like that in town.

    Do not take your kids here ! Brought my kids for eye exams waited over 35-40 minutes after my appointment time for a very rude doctor who never even acknowledged us sitting there for that long over appointment time …. I get things happen and run late but she never said a word . She was very snippy and had no patience for children , my kids were well behaved and she kept deligating them as if we were in an army to sit here don’t talk and had very loud voice . She couldn’t even properly give an eye exam to my son and I had to pay for the exam and for her to tell me to go see a specialist . She shouldn’t be an eye doctor there or only see adults . I took my son to a professional kind eye doctor the next day in northfield and he passed the exam and the doctor had good energy and was kind . They are rude and cold and have black energy in here and try to misdiagnose my son . Never go back not in a million years !!!!!!

    Front end of the office is very polite and professional.

    Had Dr. Schrenzel as my eye doctor for this visit. Since he is older, he is very knowledgeable, he walked me through every step of the exams and the charts and what to look out for. This was big for me as I am post laser eye surgery and was worried about my eye health. I never had an eye doctor be engaging and so knowledgeable like this and you wont find this type of experience at a Costco or younger docs like I previously used.

    I liked the office here, will come in the year to see you all again.

    I had an exam with Dr Schrenzel who was very professional and thoroughly explained all the tests and results. Both he and Donta at the front desk were very efficient and friendly. I recommend them!

    The optometrist was alright, no issues with the actual eye exam. The front of house on the other hand... last time I came here I felt like there was engagement and a real sense of wanting to help. This time there was a very new girl trying her best and another guy that clearly wanted to be anywhere but working here... offered minimal effort or help looking at glasses, asked me questions by mumbling sentence fragments then acting frustrated I could not understand him... took over 18 minutes to get my prescription and pay my copay after the visit. I do not think I will be coming back to this location and looking at other options as this was a huge drop off from prior positive experience with this company.

    The front of house staff was nice. The only one who introduced themself to me was Donte, he was helpful. The lady who helped me was polite and engaging. The optometrist never introduced himself and he was a bit agitated with the lady who was doing the initial imaging, (for no reason… I was the only patient and the technology was not cooperating with her). I felt rushed and like I was being treated poorly once he became involved. Don’t bring in negativity if the patient is content.
    They did try to upsell me on all kinds of stuff and I was not interested in it. They like to “suggestive sell,” which is their job but I didn’t like the nameless optometrist’s energy at all. He must be a real killjoy at the office. Not very professional, not a comfortable environment because of him. He also likes to talk loudly to Donte about what I needed in front of the next patient at the front desk. It’s not like he was discussing super-private stuff, but you’re the clinician; keep it a little HIPAA-ish.
    Their frames were of cheap quality and yet dramatically overpriced. The service was uncomfortable because of their space, (no waiting area, no place to sit except the stools at the counter), and because of the attitude of the elitist optometrist. He did eventually start to soften up but was never actually personable even though I was polite, patient and relatively deferential to him.
    I made the appointment there because they had the fastest availability, but I don’t plan to return based on the rushed care I received from the optometrist and their limited selection of quality frames.
