Gary was professional and took the time to explain the process of removal and reinstalling of our drapes. He answered our questions and set expectations. We are pleased with the results.
Cleaners arrived as scheduled, were friendly and professional, and did a great job for us. They advised us not to steam clean some chairs as these are covered in a silk fabric and could be damaged by the steam. They worked hard and did not waste any time.
I have had the pleasure to use Bella Cleaning on numerous occasions for furniture upholstery cleaning as well as carpet cleaning, they do not disappoint and the results were amazing. Our cleaning was not typical with speciality fabrics and wool carpets, the Bella Team are experienced and know the best methods.
