She has done cupping to the stubborn muscles. She cares so much about helping you feel well. She does relaxing massages too for people who want to go for a great feel good experience. As a registered nurse, I am very particular and pay close attention to the massage therapists Technique and knowledge of the body and pressure points every time I get a massage. I always get deep tissue massage bc I chronically get sciatic nerve pain and very stiff neck and shoulder blades. I went in in such pain that last night I did not sleep well. After just a 60 minute massage with Ashley I am home and have better range of motion than I thought would be possible! They are not shy about getting in there and she knows every single pressure point and is incredibly skilled. I will go to harmony over any other massage chain, private Paid masseuse or Spa. I’m telling you if you have not tried them and you have tight muscles and need them worked through this is your place (and the pricing couldn’t be better)!! I can’t rave about this place more!“

“I visited this place for the first time as a walk-in on a weekday early afternoon in June & again today. opted for a 90-minute combo massage & it was satisfying! The combo massage included a foot soak, salt & hot stone treatment, but you need to let your therapist know if you want the latter, otherwise, you'll get more time with just back massage. If you'd like a detox foot soak, it's available for an additional $5. The massage style & technique leaned towards reflexology & stretching, which is typical of Asian massages. Lisa's massage pressure is consistent throughout the 90min, no downtime! The sheets/pillows were fresh & clean, the massage table was firm yet comfortable. The place is clean & quiet. Background music is soft relaxing & calm. Remember to tip your massage therapist, especially if you're satisfied with the service!“
