WOW! So glad I found this Medspa! I made my first consultation on the recommendation of a nurse friend. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. The offices were clean, bright and sanitary.Loved how knowledgeable and informative Dr. Ashley was on my first consult. She clearly keeps up to date on all the research on Tox. I was at another spa which was a paid consultation and it felt very “salesy”. Dr. Ashley was very reasonable about what I truly needed, which was half of the price quoted from the other spa. Insula is on another level!! Not only is their staff above and beyond helpful they actually give proper attention to your concerns and needs. I have felt that they reccomend what’s best for me- not what’s going to make them the most amount of money. Talented, ethical, and informative- what more could you ask for?! A lot of med spas have become commoditized and have really lost their edge in my opinion, not Insula. I’m super happy to have found this gem. 10/10 reccomend.
