“WOW! So glad I found this Medspa! I made my first consultation on the recommendation of a nurse friend. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. The offices were clean, bright and sanitary.Loved how knowledgeable and informative Dr. Ashley was on my first consult. She clearly keeps up to date on all the research on Tox. I was at another spa which was a paid consultation and it felt very “salesy”. Dr. Ashley was very reasonable about what I truly needed, which was half of the price quoted from the other spa. I made my decision right then and there to go with this Medspa. And definitely do not regret it after my first appointment with Jordan today. She is amazing!Jordan has years of experience with patients and I felt very safe with her. She immediately put me at ease when she noticed my anxiety doing this for the first time. She explained the process and was very thorough with the descriptions for each of the tox she was administrating. Jordan has the “magic” touch and I felt no discomfort! She continually checked in with me throughout the process to let me know what to expect. She was so patient with all my questions and answered all of them which put me at ease!My experience has made me feel that I can truly trust this team. “Lauren is absolutely phenomenal and I could not recommend her more!She’s a brilliant NP, has extensive experience, and is clearly an expert in this area. She has such a good eye for facial structure and features and how to enhance them, and she has an incredible talent to make changes that make a huge difference while also looking natural. I LOVE all the results I’ve had from her.Also, Lauren is so sweet, empathetic, thoughtful… About pain, anxiety, cost, etc. I’m someone that has a lot of anxiety when it comes to needles, and am very sensitive when it comes to pain. She never makes me feel embarrassed or ashamed by this and is so understanding and down to earth. You can tell Lauren cares about your comfort and she goes above and beyond to make you comfortable -topical numbing cream, ice packs, buzzy to distract, juice… I literally look forward to my injection appointments with her as I still feel like I’m going to the spa. Ha! But really- my pain is MINIMAL with Lauren, like 4/10 max for a dental block for filler and for Botox. Things I put off years due to fear of pain! Now I don’t even get anxious about going.Lauren also does a great job educating and takes her time with you. And, she follows up, checks in.. even called me back and talked to me for 30 minutes on her day off. I’m not sure what I’m going to do if Lauren ever leaves JEM. She’s amazing, truly.The front desk team is great too- Corey, Katelyn, Annie... I'm missing a few as I forget their names but they've all been wonderful.“
