I came in this place unknowing and a bit nervous, but as soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly by staff. I was put with Anna, who was an absolute doll! She made me feel comfortable, welcomed and calm. I got my eyebrows done, originally booked for wax. Anna switched me to sugaring and I’m so glad she did! Less painful especially on my sensitive skin that doesn’t do well with wax. I walked out with the eyebrows I wanted as well.
Looking forward to making this my regular spot for sugaring!
I was in town on a travel contract and used a Groupon for a Brazilian and underarm sugar at Hello Sugar Glen Ellyn.
Pros: Gisselle is amazing! I’ve been getting sugared for over 7 years, and Gisselle provided one of the top 3 least painful experiences I've ever had. She was super gentle, professional, and had no problem going back over a couple of missed hairs I pointed out without making me feel uncomfortable. I will definitely rebook with her next time I’m in Chicago!
Cons: The booking process is terrible. I spent over 45 minutes trying to book my appointment because the off-site representative couldn't answer simple Groupon questions...read full review
Giselle was awesome, did my Brazilian & my underarms, I haven’t had best experiences at other waxing places before but she was great and I’ll definitely be back in the future!
