Worst experience that I can remember with a company. My first impression of Ken was great as he was knowledgeable, attentive, professional and nice during the quoting process. Unfortunately things only went downhill from there. I wasn't surprised that his crew did all the work, not Ken, as that's normal for many businesses. I was surprised, however, that he didn't review their work at all to pay attention to quality. I was also surprised that during the process there was no communication from Ken on: when they were coming, what they were doing or any updates on the timelines.
