I have been dealing with a defect in my low spine xince my 20's. I used excersize for years to help it. Worked unitil acouple years ago. She did a really thorough exam and seemed to understand what the issue was. 10 minutes of adjusting. When I got up this morning the pain has been reduced by 80%. I am a big fan as I have tried a few things and this worked the best by far!
