Had a shirt scheduled for pickup yesterday but it wasn’t ready until today, the manager called me first thing this morning to apologize and let me know that it was ready. When I arrived, the manager did not charge me for the shirt.
Now this is excellent customer service and why I have been using them for years!

Overall amazing experience!! I highly recommend this place!! They were extremely nice, understanding, and respectful! I called them last minute needing my bridesmaid dress dry cleaned. They were very polite and went above and beyond to make sure I got the dress on time! Not only that, but they did an amazing job dry cleaning it and getting stubborn wrinkles out! They also have very affordable prices! I will go here for any dry cleaning I need in the future!
