I just moved into a new home in Edwardsville and my dog had an accident on the new white carpet. I called J Lee’s on Tuesday morning and they were able to come that afternoon and remove both stains. Their customer service was excellent and their knowledge was remarkable. Thanks Josh. Excellent job! Fast and courteous. When some spots came back, so did they (at no charge) I want to make clear that the spots came back due to dirt inclusions in the poured concrete floor on which the carpet was installed and not due to anything JLees did.They stand by their work.Thanks Again!

I cannot more highly recommend Josh & his company. We've had a few couches stored in our basement the past 5 years and were covered in stains, dirt & dust. I thought our only hope of bringing them back to our family room would be through reupholstery. We called Josh one evening and he was scheduled to come out the next day. He was on time, incredibly professional and OUR COUCHES!! Holy moly! He got almost every stain out of them!! I can't even believe it! We are so thrilled and will be using him for any and all future cleaning!
