I went here for the first time and was nervous as I was asking for a fairly detailed design. I made my appointment online and let them know it might be a slightly detailed set (as I didn’t know any of the technicians). Alex was my technician and did a PHENOMENAL job! He made me feel comfortable and never once made a comment about my hands being clammy/sweaty (i was nervous lol). I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he even went out of his way to help me find the perfect color to match. My first time visiting Posh nails & lounge and I am very happy that I did. My pedicure was done by Amy and gel manicure by Kim. Both did an excellent job. Very happy with the results. Spoke with the owner Chris for a bit. He is a very friendly, pleasant man who seems to take care of his clients. Definitely will be back as I made my next appointment when I was leaving today. It had been a while since I'd visited Posh and I was interested to see if anything had changed with the new management. I'm happy to report that it was a great experience. The staff was welcoming, the space was clean and the pedicure service was great. I think it's always a nice courtesy to make an appointment, but they are staffed adequately to accept walk-ins.
