I’ve been buying bundles from Upgrade for awhile. The hair is beautiful and it lasts. I currently have bundles installed that are 2 years old from them. I just needed to buy a new closure this week and they emailed me as soon as it was in stock and even stayed after hours for me to pick it up. Excellent customer service!

I’ve been getting my hair done by Demarco for a few years now. He is VERY professional and thorough. Every design, style, or color I have requested he has been able to fulfill. I will not let anyone else do my hair and yes it’s that serious !

I have visited this salon twice now, and I must say it has been an exceptional experience both times. The receptionist was attentive and welcoming, offering me a drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The salon itself is clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere.My stylist, Shaud, is simply amazing. He is a true professional, and I would rate him a 10/10 without hesitation. Not only does he make me feel at home, but he is also incredibly personable, making the whole appointment enjoyable.
