Visited Ravenna the Saturday before Christmas and they were packed, but had so many technicians working, I didn't have to wait too long. The gentleman did a beautiful festive design on my dip nails. I'll return for sure!

The people here are very nice and do a great job. Their leg and foot massages are glorious! I've been to a few other nail salons and asked for no cutting of my cuticles or skin. This is the first place I did not have to remind them.

I have only been here 3 times and I only go there to get my eyebrows waxed and they do a great job. However, I don’t appreciate that each time I go there I am asked about a tip even before I am able to pay my bill or in the midst of it. I don’t always have cash on me and I usually just do a tip through my card. However, hassling me about it before the service is over is crazy.Service: Waxing
