First time ever getting any sort of wax and I was NERVOUS! Daisy greeted me at the front desk and really did set the tone before Jess came out to take me to the back. I read the reviews online about Jess and decided she was someone that I would hopefully be comfortable with. The entire process was out of my comfort zone for a newbie but somehow I was also super relaxed? Haha. Jess just went to work and answered all the questions I had.
