“Tough to summarize just how good Ms. Sugino and her classes are. I want to avoid clichés and hyperbole, but she truly is a wonderful teacher who is empowering these kids, in body and mind. With dicsipline, she immediately commands respect from the kids, but always in a playful and welcoming environment. We came from another gym but held dual memberships for the first three months (I prepaid at our first gym for an entire year).
