My middle son has been going here for just over a year now and he absolutely loves it. The instructors are amazing and the facility is clean and organized. If you live in the area this is the place.

My journey with Kyuki-Do Martial Arts has been a wonderful experience. What initially began as a trial class for my son, soon turned into a family affair, with my daughter and I finding our second home within the dojang.From the very first class, the instructors at Kyuki-Do exhibited a level of dedication and passion that is truly commendable. My daughter (11) is very picky about her after school activities, but she loves this place! I never hear that she doesn't want to go. She is learning respect for one another, discipline, how to protect herself, she is getting great exercise & there is a wonderful sense of community. Everyone is very friendly & really put forth effort to make the kids feel comfortable & confident. I enrolled her about 4-5 months ago & I haven't regretted it once.

Our martial arts academy focuses on enriching the lives of each and every child, adult, and family that walks through our doors. As our members know, and our new members quickly find out, Kyuki-Do is about more than just kicking and punching. Both kids and adults benefit from our trainings because we focus extensively on building confidence and discipline, while also teaching critical self-defense techniques. We've been serving kids and families in the Elgin, IL area since 1968! Originally located on the east side of town as "Kim's Black Belt Academy", we are now located on the west side of town off of S. McLean Blvd.
