Love this place - hidden gem. It’s not super fancy or spa-ish but the massages are amazing and the therapists are sweet and strong. I’ve been about 6 times now. In the past I’d call before coming which I know they appreciate but last night I just walked in. Definitely recommend for a relaxation massage but also to quell any pain. I leave there feeling great!

The lobby and rooms of the Fitness Spa are clean and very comfortable. The staff made me feel right at home. I was lucky enough to have CoCo as my therapist. She is a warm and thoughtful person with excellent massage technique. Her skills wer first class and I left wishing I had asked for a 2-hour session instead of just a single hour. I have already setup my next appointment. For 2 hours.

Yo-Yo gave my massage and she was very good. She kick all the right areas on my back arms and legs. She was easy to talk with and has a very happy and comforting demeanor. The facility is very clean, comforting and refreshing. I’m from out of town but if I lived her I would be a regular. Thank you Yo-Yo
