Incredible service! You don't see this very often so we want to echo it out. Had a water heater go out yesterday and contacted them want to give a definite shout out to Brett Welp who works for them. He and I researched the water heater that we needed. I can't thank him enough for this. He came through again! Perfect fit!!! Want to thank Brian who installed it with an hour or so and Scrapper Joe who took the old water heater away in a timely matter today. Hope Fred gives thrm a raise... but not on my bill LOL! Thank you once again for your company and service to me and our local community around. Within 24 hours the job was done and with quality!
Used their service twice, about two weeks apart.
The first visit was to unclog sewer line and run a router and a cameral down to verify it was clear. This was on the weekend. They came very promptly and finished within about an hour.
The second visit was to check why the heating boiler was turning itself off when system was calling for heat. It turned out the pressure sensor was defective and needed to be replaced. This was diagnosed and fixed in one visit within an hour.
Top Notch is my go to service company for all plumbing, heating and cooling system problems.
Their service man came out and checked on the AC. He very quickly gave us a lot of Coolant to keep the system running for another summer. It made a dramatic difference in the air conditioning. We had previously dealt with another company that came out and charged us $75, told us our system was old and left us hanging. We really appreciated the service and hope to use him on our conversion from propane to natural gas.
