“Marko from Butler Roofing inspected our roof because of a leak in our ceiling. He found evidence of hail damage to the roof. Marko is very knowledgeable about the insurance process and helped every step of the way, working directly with our insurance adjuster. The Butler team did a complete tear off and new roof installation in one day, thoroughly cleaning up all debris when finished. A couple of minor installation issues were addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Marko is very prompt and responsive to communication. “M&M fixed the soffit on my roof while there was lots of snow! First they gave me a great estimate using a drone and taking about 10 minutes. They didn’t take 3 hours like others and did not say they had to redo the whole roof at $40,000 like others only fix for 1500$. They texted when coming and I didn’t have to even be home! Number one in my book for home repairs! You can’t even tell which it was and they fixed in less than an hour! Highly recommend them!!!!!!“

Bob of Berg Home Improvements was quick to respond to our call and to visit our house, and his estimate was quick and clear, with all options easy to price and evaluate. His crew appeared early, and all were on the roof and working by 7:00 a.m. Crew were polite and careful and worked efficiently and effectively, despite a heat index of 101 degrees and not a whiff of breeze. All roofing completed by noon on the second day. The gutter contractor appeared the next morning and installed ~250 feet of new gutter and gutter leaf guard by 2:30.
Pricing was fair (not meaning so-so, but meaning reasonable and in-line). All along, Bob was easy to work and communicate with, with very quick replies to all my email queries.
