“I must say Mike was a real professional. Ozzie scheduled me between 4-6 and was a able to give me a same day Appointment. He said if he can, he'll call me if he can get someone here sooner. He gave a 45 minute head up notice that Mike will be arriving within 40 minutes and showed up an hour earlier than scheduled. He was polite and entered my home with boot covers and was very friendly and I was very satisfied with the service and customer friendly conversation. He answered all questions and was done having my pipes cleaned and roded out in about an hour. Service was excellent, everyone I dealt with was great and pricing was very fair.
