Edited to 5/5 stars for Dr. Zintak and her assistant. They were phenomenal with my child for the kindergarten eye exam. Found out kiddo needed glasses, she was nervous, we were trying to be super positive about it. My issue is when Dr. Zintak walked up front to tell the staff we needed glasses, the lady working the front desk made a comment along the lines of "ohhhh it's just so sad when they have to get glasses so young, I hate that" back to the doctor, about 5 feet in front of us. I'm sorry, but you work at an eye doctors office, I think you should know to keep those comments to yourself. I must say what a warm and exectional greeting for a new client. No wait was immediately recognize and checked in on arrival. What a lost courteous today. Dr Rutowski was so knowledgeable and shared that information with you. How often does a dr make you feel like that really care and offer you the best choices and solutions for overall eye care. And I can't forget all the assistants making me feel comfortable to ask and understand the steps. I really enjoyed myself can't wait to get my glasses
An amazing experience! I wish I went to Dr. Nick sooner. I learned more about my eyes in this one visit than any other eye doctor I have visited in my 20+ years wearing glasses and contacts. He was kind, patient, and willing to answer all my questions with a thorough response. I truly had an enjoyable experience, and couldn't recommend this practice enough.
