In Focus Guenther Eye care

I have been going to Dr. Guenther for the last 18+ years and cannot say enough great things about him! He and his staff are all very friendly and patient. Even after moving to the city, I continued to come back. High recommend!!

The doctor is very nice and walks you through the exam process well. This barely makes up for the office staff who are impatient, unclear, and can come off condescending. I was originally thinking I would give this a 2 star rating, but I went back and there was one different staff member that day who was much more personable. Still, there were others who spent their time complaining about my insurance and couldn't help me make sense of my charges.

I was really surprised to see negative reviews, as I had a much different experience. I was referred to Dr. Guenther by a family member a few years ago and I have been very pleased with the service I received. For my first visit, making the appointment was simple. The office ran on-time, the doc provided a very thorough exam and explained to me what he was doing along the way. After the exam, I started looking for frames. The staff helped me find a frame that I am still very happy with. I then came back when my glasses were ready and the staff adjusted and fitted my glasses. I have been back to Dr. Guenther for check-up appointments and, as I experienced on my first visit, the quality of service was top-notch. I would recommend Dr. Guenther without hesitation.
