When you’re in an emergency situation, you don’t have time to research the best company or the best price. You go with your gut and cross your fingers.
Just a few days before New Year’s Eve, our sewer drains started backing up in the house. Thankfully, we realized quickly what was happening and stopped using water. At first, we thought the issue was limited to one bathroom, but it turned out to be much worse.
