I called for an emergency service, the staff on the phone was very friendly. They were able to send a tech out within 2 hours (every place I called was 5-6 hrs or next day). The tech found the issue quickly and was able to make the repair quickly. However I’m not happy about the techs professionalism, he didn’t wear any shoe coverings, and proceeded to track toilet water all over. Left putty residue all over our bath tub faucet handles and his cleaning was more of a smearing dirty water and gunk all over.
Robert came right out and fixed the problem. Definitely recommend this company Thank you Plumbing Express!
