My eyeglasses broke this morning and the place I originally bought them is closed on Mondays. I called Shopko this morning explaining my situation and they said to come right in. Not only did they replace the screw came out of but they checked the other side and tightened that as well and cleaned them before returning them to me. wonderful, caring staff for sure!
