“This company takes pride in the quality of their work and truly cares about their customers. They installed our geothermal heating/cooling system, which works perfectly and has saved us almost a thousand dollars in utilities since they installed it a year ago. They were also really understanding and kind when there was a delay due to financing being slow to come through, even though the delay affected them the most; they really approached us like neighbors and created a relationship of mutual trust and respect. We also have two additions that are not connected to the regular ductwork, and they found a solution to heat and cool those rooms (with a mini split) and came out very quickly any time there was an issue, including handling talking to the manufacturer to get replacement parts under warranty. They are a great example of the benefits of choosing a local company; reliable, courteous, fast and responsive. I would recommend them to anyone in East central Illinois.“

“We use a lot of hot water so when are two hot water heaters died, we went to Lowes and purchased two new AO Smith 50gal. We planned on using Lowes installation but when the National Company stated it would be a minimum of $2500 (I also have a geothermal and humidifier hooked into cold water supply and hot water heaters) I went to google to find a local company. Noah's quoted $2500 also. When I called Binder's, I spoke with the Service Manager , JacK, and he said he would come to the house to quote the job. They quote $1300. Needless to say I went with Binder. They were on time, had new floor coverings for our carpet and stairs, and were extremely professional. They did an outstanding job and I would strongly recommend them to anyone. It is refreshing to find a company that still cares, delivers, and has fair pricing for their service.“
