I recently had the pleasure of working with Matheney Heating and Air, and I must say that they truly go above and beyond when it comes to their service. Scott, one of their technicians, came to my house a few weeks ago to diagnose an issue with my furnace. I was impressed with his expertise and professionalism throughout the entire process.Within a week, Scott had located a new part for my old furnace. What impressed me the most was his honesty and fairness. He could have easily told me that I needed a new furnace, but instead, he helped me find a way to keep my old furnace running. I'd like to update my review after service. Scott the owner came out and fixed the issue about mid day that same day. Turns out my 6 month old furnace already had faulty parts. So in short service from Scott and his business has been great and spot on. He does not stock the new furnaces but buys them from a vendor. So while I am unhappy with the furnace quality even after buying it as the upgraded and better warrantied unit, Scott is not fully to blame. Service from them is great, do research on anything quoted that they will replace before you buy. Do not rely on them or anyone else to advise which is the best unit for replacement without deep research
