“I got married a couple weeks ago. I am living in Kentucky but we had our wedding in Illinois. The week leading up to our wedding I got my lashes done by someone in Kentucky. I asked for soft natural lashes but received chunky dramatic lashes. I asked her to fix them and she did but they still looked too dramatic for my liking. Feeling defeated I just accepted that I wouldn’t have the lashes I wanted for my big day. Two days before the wedding I started to lose my lashes in large clumps, to the point that I had less than 30% of my lashes. Panicked I quickly googled local lash techs and came across Red Carpet Lash & Skin Spa. Their portfolio was impressive and reviews looked very promising. I quickly called and Beata answered, I told her what had happened pretty much begging and pleading to take me in in less than 24hours. Beata went out of her way to figure out how to squeeze me into her busy schedule, spent time removing lashes and adding lashes to achieve my desired look. The whole time she made me feel heard, seen, and welcomed. After she spent hours to perfect my lashes I had to suppress happy tears when I saw her work. My lashes went from chunky and dramatic to soft and elegant. I couldn’t believe how beautiful they turned out! I felt ready to walk down the aisle! I can’t recommend going here enough. This was an unforgettable experience and I’d happily go back again! Beata truly saved the day and made me feel like a beautiful bride!!! Thank you, Beata. I appreciate you more than you know!“

“Emy did an amazing job! I booked an 80 min Swedish massage and it was phenomenal. I have also previously had a balinese scalp massage and that too was amazing. I can be sensitive if the massage is too rough. But Emy provided the right amount of pressure that was just right. You really have to book your visit with Emy! You'll be so glad you did. The spa itself is great too. So many amenities to enjoy. I love the sauna, lounge, and drinks. This place is an oasis! ?“

“Been going here since 2020. My fave tech is Amara. Always very thorough and super friendly. She is always very accommodating with my schedule even though the front desk doesn't really like it. Their attitude could use some work The place is very clean and their new location really steps it up a bit. They do have great deals during Thanksgiving week. Their prices are fair compared to other places.“

“I have been here three times now and will be coming back again for sure! They use Eminence products which is how I found them but they are keeping me with the friendly staff, spacious rooms and relaxing waiting room. I have had 2 facials and 1 massage. The facials include shoulder, arms and feet massage which is a great touch. They even gave me something for my birthday which was unexpected but appreciated. Parking can be tricky especially on school days as they are right by an elementary school. Otherwise definitely recommend!“

“This was my first time at this salon, and I had a great experience from start to finish. I called ahead to ask about walk-ins and was told I could come in at 9:30 a.m. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was so welcoming.

The staff was friendly and professional, and I appreciated how everyone helped out to keep things running smoothly. Anila, my stylist, was fantastic. She expertly managed multiple guests, but I never felt neglected. She really listened to what I wanted and did an amazing job on my long, thick hair. I asked for layers and to have some weight taken off, and she delivered perfectly! She even suggested I come back for a bleach-free treatment to lighten my hair after I told her I was wanting to dye it but was nervous about damage. I love how my hair turned out and will definitely be back.

On a last note I paid $55 and left a $10 tip. Maybe the website needs to be updated about prices but I honestly think it's good. I've been charged more before at other places.“
