“Had a problem with my GE washing machine that was a month out of manufacturers warrantee - we bought it at Costco and they offer an extended warranty. Costco connected me with Advantage Maytag. Came out, troubleshooted the issue with GE tech on the phone who instructed that a new inverter panel was needed. Part was ordered and he came back out to fix it.... but the inverter didn't fix the problem. Thought we were going to have to wait for another part but Steve had thought ahead and brought an additional regular panel with him in case it was needed - and it was. He got us back up and running the same day. I was grateful because being without a washer gets old fast - Thanks for saving the day!“
