First off, coming from someone who suffered from pcos and have went through laser hair removal before, this has by far been the best experience I've ever received. The first day I walked into the lobby it was just a loving, fresh, calm, welcoming vibe that i received. The whole entire staff are so nice and friendly and even though it was my first time in Milan, I felt like I was coming to see my bestfriends. I went in for my first treatment and scared was an understatement from past laser treatments from a different laser removal facility that didnt go well, but Milan made sure i knew the whole procedure and made sure i was comfortable before moving foward.They broke the procedure down and even gave me an slideshow consultation which was amazing. Once the nurse started the treatment it was so fast and harmless that i didnt even know we were done because i talked the whole time lol. She made me feel comfortable before evening starting and that is what i call top tier customer service. From the hospitality to the actual service was phenomenal. I can say I cried more tears of joy because I've finally found my home where I am understood without judgment. I love them so much for making Everyone, especially Women feel comfortable and confident in life again. Thank you Ladies?

Gary goes above and beyond for his inspections and makes sure he makes note of everything he finds, even small trivial repairs. He took his time and was very thorough. I'm having difficulties with my current seller not turning the water on for him to do the sewer scope but he did one the best he could, by using buckets of water. This will be three times he's been out to the property to attempt this inspection.

I had a new white vinyl privacy fence installed in early June of 2025. The guys were great at how they tore down my old decrepit wooden privacy fence and installed my new vinyl privacy fence. They had the work completed in less than 12 hours. The company was very good at handling the whole process. The two gentlemen who came to my house and gave me an estimate for the work were very personable. They took their time with me and my son, who is on the autism spectrum and also has ADHD. I am very happy with how my new vinyl privacy fence looks. I would recommend Chesley Fence and Deck to anyone reading this review, friends, and family.

I also love their eyebrow tint services. I have sent my friends and they love them. They offer Henna services that I will booking for my eyebrows soon! The staff is super welcoming. Gail and Natalie in Selenite Suite are both hair Goddesses. Both so talented with years of experience. I have never left their care with nothing less then the 'ahhhhh...relaxation and happiness' feelings. Do yourself a favor and try their spa shampoo experience. You will not regret it. Everything they do is done with professionalism, love and care for their customers. So lucky to have found them years ago.

I was needing some work done on my beard. Most places you gotta make an appointment with their "beard specialist". I had no appointment with Larry. I walked in and had a great visit with him and his other patrons. He took care of me in a flash. All in all an amazing experience!

Everyone was so nice and boys received very nice haircuts. Loved the treatment they received, getting a soda, play checkers and a great haircut. It’s a very nice place, calm and relaxing setup. Stephanie, Denise and Ally were awesome!

Ben did an amazing job on my back to school nails! It was my first time at Tip Top Nails and I loved everything about the experience. The environment is beautiful with affordable prices. My service was great and he paid close attention to detail with my nails. My favorite part are the 3d flowers.

This is a great barbershop the owner Derrick is the best he use to cut my hair years ago back when he was off Bond Avenue across the street for Snack N Back in Centreville,IL so we go wayyyyyt back. I now in my later years whenever I come home on a visit Kiarra Haynes line me up. Listennnnn she is a beast with them clippers okkkk… Check her out I left a few pics to show how she lines my beard and mustache up real nice and crisp whenever I come in town for any kind of even etc….
Love them. I’ve been on the hunt for a good eyebrow threading place and I’ve found it. I went in looking like Shrek and I left looking like Fiona “the princess not the ogre”. I got my eyebrows threaded and a tinting and I look fabulous.
She is the absolute best! My son loves going there. He has autism and has always been deathly afraid of haircuts, but she really broke him out of a shell! He even asked every couple week if he can go see her and have a trim, which makes me warm hearted and have the best feeling ever! could not recommend this place enough. She also has a great schedule and is wonderful at squeezing you in last minute if she can, you can tell she cares and loves her clients.

After such a great first visit at the Edwardsville location, I went back to get my eyelashes done. I chose a lash lift and perm, and Pam was wonderful. She knew exactly what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I left feeling so happy with the results! The place was also very clean and everyone here was super friendly. If you’re looking for a good dentist in O’Fallon, I seriously can’t recommend Dr. Rottschalk enough. I’ve been there for three cleanings now, and every time has been super easy. I’ve never waited more than two minutes in the lobby, and the cleanings are always quick and painless. Dr. Rottschalk is so friendly and really takes the time to talk with you and make sure you’re comfortable. I had my first fillings done today (one new, one redone), and honestly, it was the easiest dental appointment I’ve ever had. No pain afterward, no weird bite once the numbing wore off—just smooth sailing. It’s the first time I’ve ever left a dental appointment and felt totally fine the rest of the day. Highly recommend!

Dr Ryan exceeded our expectations with service and guidance. He was able to sort out a lingering back issue within just 4-5 visits and quickly identified the underlying cause on the first visit, gave us stretches so we could address that with strengthening and conditioning also. Thank you, Dr Ryan!
I have been going to see Dr Ron for years!! He treats everyone like they are friends. He helps me with my back issues & now my shoulder issues. He is very friendly & very knowledgeable he treats you as if you are the most important patient to him. He does this to everyone. He is easy to book )appointments , and change them if necessary. I love Dr Ron I won't go to anyone else!!!

Michelle has always been a consistently incredible massage therapist. I recently got the fascia blasting done by Rachel and that was also amazing. She is very passionate and knowledgeable. My session did wonders for my body pain. Highly recommend!
WOW Lucy and Pookie were incredible! I brought my sister it was her first time getting a massage ever, we had the $60 special that combines reflexology and massage and it was way better than I expected! Lucy was my massage therapist and as a massage therapist myself I really appreciated her presence and slow rhythm! I will be booking a private longer session with her soon because it was fabulous! I highly recommend you try it out and ask for one of these two!
