I tried this nail salon for the first time today and I was extremely satisfied with my service and the lady who worked on my nails was so professional and she had amazing customer service. She made me feel comfortable and welcome and I will definitely be going back. Since I relocated to the fairview heights/O'Fallon Illinois area almost 2 years ago, I've had really negative experience with the few nail salon I've tried to become a regular customer at. Anyway I can tell by this initial visit that this Salon will not be the same experience for me. She was also very patient with me and the fact that I couldn't make my mind up on the color I wanted. I just recently moved up here to Illinois in April and ever since, I have been too numerous of salons within the Fairview heights/O'Fallon area.. I was not pleased with any of them. In fact I was outraged by a few.... UNTIL.. I CAME ACROSS TODAY NAIL SPA!!! I have been there twice already and I'm even happier the second time then I was the first!! I love how it's not immensely busy. And you are not rushed in and out of a chair. Think I finally found a nail spa to go to continuously for this foreseeable future!!
