Although I didn’t need full services from Family Waterproofing - it’s the exact reason for leaving a review! I reached out to them due to some reoccurring hairline cracks in the ceiling of my renovated home. I let them know that I wasn’t having a water issue, but I was hoping someone could check out my original foundation to make sure there were no issues causing this cracks. Ken came out and couldn’t have been nicer if he tried! He was honest, thorough, and clearly experienced. This was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had with any contracted service ! They answer the phone when you call ! They provided quality service and workmanship and it was done with very little wait time. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again for sure ! Thank you !I used this company once again to raise concrete on my driveway. Again, another positive experience ! The service person -Joe- was very informative and thoroughly explained where the water might be coming from. He suggested we hire a plumber with a camera system to look at the situation. After the plumber, I will call Family Waterproofing Solutions to schedule the work that's needed. Now pricing might be more than I thought but they have financing. Thank you so much.
