Ryan responded quickly with an inspection & free estimate. No high powered sales pitch or time limit to respond. Explained problem & solution in an easy to understand manner. We had 3 wall cracks to fix from inside and huge leakage around chimney to basement fireplace to fix from outside. Ryan & his team were polite & professional at all times. Worked diligently. So pleased with his work! I highly recommend him for any waterproofing work you need done!
Ryan has been amazing to deal with. I have had a few problems in my basement and he has been there to either show up to help or coach me via conversation/text. He is honest, extremely fair, and definitely knows what he is doing. Highly recommend!
These guys are the best. Friendly and very knowledgeable. Had some minor seepage from a major storm that mive through this past winter. They were able to identify the problem area, fix it, and put everything back together for us. They work around your schedule and are very polite and friendly. Made a stressful time very manageable and I'd have no problem referring them to anyone. Always go local as opposed to one of these big corporations. These guys care and it shows!
