Toward the end on September I was trying to schedule a move for my company from one company apartment to a newly leased one. I was in touch with John Ryan regularly up to the day before the move scheduling specifics: date, time, prices, number of movers, etc. He was supposed to call me before the close of business the day before to confirm our morning arrival time but didn't. Probably should've been my first red flag but the customer service had been so great so far that I thought nothing of it especially since we had already signed a contract and paid a %50 deposit of the estimated total. Great customer service and even better movers. April of 2016 was the second time in 2 years I move. Two out of the three times I used United States Logistics to relocate and from here on out I know I will only call United States logistics to move.
