Mauricio Rubio and Elizabeth Arpi were a dream to work with! They were kind and friendly upon first introduction. They both took their time to make sure we knew what we were looking for in a vehicle, and let us know plainly what they could provide. They went to bat for us and got us a deal that fit our budget and we never felt up-sold or taken advantage of. I am also disabled and use a mobility device that I felt was handled with car whilst we were testing vehicles. I *highly* recommend that you check out this dealership and ask for Mauricio and Elizabeth specifically.
Hi my name is Denise and I've had several services completed at Nissan Service Center on Touhy in Evanston. The staff is AMAZING they have great snacks too. My representative was Vincent he's friendly and knowledgeable. He explains what's being done to my vehicle and he updates me if the time is going to be a bit over the time he stated. The Overall Service was great as well as Customer service/ hospitality. They completed working on my vehicle in a timely fashion, under an hour and a half on a Saturday, with multiple issues . Vincent was very attentive to all costumers as well as the other team members Yessena and Ryan who really explained my issues as well as the cost. This location will expeditiously get customers in and out with all positive attributes.
