Horrible and unreliable. They canceled on me at the last minute via email. So, I called to reschedule and the owner specifically stated that she would send cleaners the following day. THEN, they were on no-show on said following day. When I tried to call the business number to inquire about the maid's whereabouts, the phone was disconnected. Don't use this service, they're completely unreliable.
