He visted my mother's home and provided me with a proposal. In the proposal it provided a list of dates for service, description of service, and total amount for services rendered. Had a great experience with this guy. He made a great design for me and executed it to the T. Definitely set me apart from the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend to anyone debating between companies. If you want your work done by someone right the first time hire them to set apart your house from anyone around you.
